AHU chip tuning help needed

I have a AHU and am looking to delete as many wires off of the 68 PIN plug from the ECU
Can anyone redo the e proms to run without throwing a code and delete a whole bunch of PINS??
Please help. I need to get this going by may 2nd

Assuming you have this in some vehicle other than the intended vehicle?
More informative posts will help with answers, else you get answers like I'm giving you, more questions

if you are trying to figure out how to eliminate wires to the ecu, should be CAKE to disable a few monitoring systems of the ecu.
simple answer,
if you cant figure it out, dont do it. will kill resale value and cause headaches.
If you hate wires, go mtdi, then youll have like 6 engine bay wires.
your car is DRIVE BY WIRE. it is a beautiful reliable system, enjoy it.

Thanks for the responses.
I currently have an AAZ in a sidekick. It has pushbutton glowplugs already, it also has it's own temp, oil, RPM, boost, and amps gauges already in place.
I've removed the complete harness from the 98 jetta and have things on it like brake fluid level andengine temp, AC etc. I need a list of plugs I must keepto still be able to retain the computer. That would allow me to eliminate the fluff I don't need.
Eg: I know I need the potentiometer for the accel pedal and the IP pump plug.
A friend with a TDIKICK already helped me with the bentlysheets sheets to the wiring and the central wiring website printed off. Now I m in need of a tuner to tell me what I must keep and can eliminate all together.
Any help is appreciated.

Your still going to want/need to keep things like MAF, n75, intake temp,coolant temp, etc otherwise you start to loose the whole point of even keeping drive by wire. A chip tuner could actually probably delete most of it and have it run off maps and static values but like was said you loose the point of keeping the electronics in the first place and at that point mtdi may make more sense. Could easily delete brake fluid sensor,hvac solenoid, n18(egr), coolant level sensor, one of the coolant temp senders(gauge), brake pedal switch feed, clutch pedal switch feed, control wires for glow plugs if you plan on pimping- though i have never heard of anyone programming them out i'm sure its possible, probably a half dozen more that i cannot think of right now. You'll need a good programmer that does custom work not just a program person.

I agree with Malone being capable (i'm a soon to be customer) but VWmikel is also capable.
Some of the things that I think that can be eliminated: MAF, EGR, Glowplugs (engine and coolant) and the PCV heater. If you drive regularly in the cold a lot you might want to keep the EGR, coolant glowplugs and PCV heater.

I've emailed Malone and he was quick to get back to me.
I enquirer about what turbo/tune. Now I emailed him with this question a couple of times over 3 days and he must be busy or on holidays as I have no response yet.
I do know the EPROMs are going to be $350
He also said he'd send a few tunes so I can dyno them at my buddys who owns DL motorsports in Burlington.
I guess it's a waiting game at this point.

Malone tuning can`t do what i m needing done.
I did talk to Jeff at rocketchip tuning. He appears to be able to
make things work the way it s suppose to with deleting the things I need deleted and he s $100 cheaper then Malone and offers free follow up tuning when I switch turbos in the future to a VNT!
