Valve spring tension

I want to test my valve springs i have a tester but have no clue how to do it any. what is the method to do this ?

You're going to remove the springs just to test them? Or are they already off? I'm pretty sure the bentley tells how to do it.

'82 Rabbit, I put on a euro vnt-15, 2.25" DP, 2.5" exhaust, the result.....it whistled.

I removed the turbo, made a toilet bowl 2.5" DP, the result....it was deafening. Now it has a homemade muffler up front and a thrush in the rear, the result.....less loud.

I already have the head off and tore down I'm just about to put it back together I got the head decked and pressure tested just in the middle of a rebuild
