FS: Diesel Injection Service Company (Seattle area)

A friend of mine is taking offers on his Diesel fuel injection service company, located in the Seattle WA area.

Assets include all the specialized top-quality genuine brand (Bosch, Zexel, Stanadyne, etc) test equipment, and special tool sets.  Also spare parts, new, rebuilt, and core pumps injectors and parts, and other shop and business equipment (for example, air compressor and other "generic" shop tools, computers, supplies, etc).  The current price to replace these assets new is over $300k US dollars, and the current fair market value is about half of that.  He is not interested in parting out the hard assets, but would consider selling separately either locally or anywhere else worldwide.

Also available for sale are the company's soft assets, including the company's brand, goodwill, and established customer base, which has been developed by the current owner over decades.  The current owner can provide technical and business training to assist with a smooth transition of the customers and business to the new owner.
