Sweet little Jeep waiting for a TD or TDI conversion

I saw this at the Portland, Or. PIR Swap Meet. A 1972 Suzuki LJ20 jeep.

That was one of the predecessors to the Samurai:



I bought an SJ410 in Idaho in 1984 and drove it everywhere up there.  Then transferred to Oahu and drove it all around that island.  They would go anywhere and with the great ground clearance and tight turning radius it was almost impossible to get stuck or get somewhere that you couldn't get out of.

That would be a lot of fun! I wish I had infinite resources to build vehicles with... time and money; the two things that get in the way of doing what I *really* want

enough boost is when you have 3 dimple marks in the hood from the valve cover nuts..  ;D
