I am in need of the dipstick funnel,(little plastic piece that goes on top the dipstick tube and the dipstick sits down in) for a 92 turbodiesel. I called the local VW dealer and they told me there were no such things as an ecodiesel or a turbo diesel before 95. I have only been able to find the regular ones for the NA engines. The dipstick on my turbo is different. Any places that sell them?

Dealers can be amazingly uninformed and arrogant about their own products...  the dodge dealer in town had never heard of my truck either (the mitsubishi in my signature, sold by Dodge, with Dodge Powerram50 markings on it).

Try some of the on-line places.  Or maybe someone on the forum here has an extra sitting around.  Chances are it's compatible with other years to, but I don't know which.

If you replace the dipstick or tube, be sure to drain and refill the engine with the measured exact amount of oil just in case there is some difference in the markings.  If the new stick reads incorrectly, you can scribe a new mark on it with a flat file.

$6CAD, not as cheap as I thought they were, but still cheap enough to not break the bank.
