Can someone explain me the mpg thing?? I'm only used to think in liters/100Km.

mpg = miles per (US, not imperial, in this case) gallon.

It's the way we've always done it in the US.

And, yes, I think that L/100km is better, as using no fuel can be represented in that system without having to pull out the infinity symbol. But, I'm in the US, I've always been in the US, so...

FWIW, the average family car here gets 23 MPG, or about 10 L/100km.

sounds like we gotta get together with theguy with the schoolbus and swap in a b series !!,,did anyone see spike this weekend,,it was either trucks,or extreme 4+4,,they had banks on there sayin diesel is the future,,,,,yea maybe our govt. should listen,,,hydrogen,freakin joke,,,every time i hear alternative fuel,i think of a big truckwith80,000 gross,,how is a freakin battery gonna move that????say YES to diesel,the original alternative!!!!! i know im not addicted to oil,,lol,,i drive 400 miles a week,,,mon thru fri.,,,usually tuesday iput in10-12$ at 2.50or so,,then again on friday about the same,,my fuelcost is under 30$ a week,and idrive 400 miles plus and theyrob for diesel at 2.50,,,hell i got some today,,it was 2.69,,soigot 14$,,that will last till thurs afternoon or so,,,,,,soagain,,say YES to the orig. alternitive,diesel!!
