In my opinion a very fine example of a VW! Too bad its not diesel. I thought price was insane but in seeing what the 80 on ebay went for and some others i guess its reasonable!

Awesome car, but everything that is rubber will probably be shot, all fuel surfaces will probably be gunked up. It just reminds me of the car my brother got from an elderly gentleman with only 20,000 miles on it after 12 years. He spent a ton replacing all of the hoses and belts, and it still locked up after a few years :o I think I'd rather have a restored car!

its got a gasser/auto..

and red interior. that has got to be some rare interior.. ive seen one car personally with red..

cool floor mats too. they need to live in my beige rabbit.

That's a ridiculous amount of money. But maybe there is some crazy bastard out there that will pay it.

There is a guy about 100 miles from my home who is trying to sell an 82 Rabbit Diesel Pickup for 12 grand. Its not mint either.  Sounds a lot like a scam, like maybe someone rolled the ODO back or something. Mileage is super low.
