What is this and can I delete it!?

I honestly don't remember if there was anything connected to the following places on my injection pump so I figured I'd ask here. What needs to be connected to the following...
Anything here?
or here?
Finally, what is this electrical connection for? It goes up to the top of the pump.
Sorry for the shoddy pics

wouldn't worry about either
i don't know wether the pipe is a breather or overflow but nothing connects to it
the wire on mine connected to a microswitch on the throttle arm and if you read up on how to deristrict these engines
you'll see it has something to do with when the turbo spools up mines disconnected and spools up fast

The first one is a fast idle actuator... when connected to a vacuum source it can turn up your idle for cold mornings or when the A/C is on. Safely left disconnected... unless you'd like to rig up a fast idle circuit on a dash switch? Trucker-style??!!
The second one is the atmospheric vent for your LDA... I'd point it downwards but otherwise you need it.
Third one is the pump's connector for the throttle-sensing microswitch and extra timing advance defeater solenoid that is part of the eco-engines emission controls... safely left disconnected or even deleted, along with the microswitch if it's still bolted to the top of your throttle.

So in the third picture, the connector and the switch at the top of the pump can just be scrapped?
And how would one rig the fast idle up to a switch? The idea intrigues me

I know this is a resurrection but I would like to see these pics and also I too would like to know how to hook up a high idle switch.

You could ghetto in a "deadman" (the chain/cable), just enough to raise the idle.

I have since found the locking nut that was supposed to be on that cable pull. The dang thing kept jumping off when I hit the big bumps along my route. I mostly used it as my cruise control but now in town is my high idle set. If you release one of the throttle springs it will act as an accelerator. Good if you have a bad right foot.
