Cleaning house, time to unload some stuff.. I'll be adding to this as I get though it all.. All of this is can be had for the cost of shipping, or you can come pick it up.
Probably in the next week or so I'll be taking this stuff for junk but I thought I'd thow it out there is anyone is interested
Intake Manifold w/ air box & exhaust manifold off '85 NA Jetta
Neuspeed strut tower brace.. It was on a MK3 Golf.. Maybe it fits others? Not sure how to ship this
LH tail light from '81 Jetta.. Has one mounting stud broken off but I have the peice.. Not showy, but useable
Engine Mount Bracket from the '85 Jetta (the one bolted to the back of the engine)..
Box of assorted MK1 Rabbit Instrument Cluster Parts.. Not much good here, cept maybe the printed circuits...
Cheapo chinese Audi style exterior door handles that you always see on ebay.. I think the LR was broken during installation, the rest haven;t been used...
I'm located at 17082 if you need an idea on shipping, or where to go..
Ahh found something else.. I have a turbo laying here.. It's dirty and crusty, doesn;t seem to have much play though?? I came off a Volvo, a late 80's 740 maybe?? I had some variety of grand scheme of chucking it on a VW diesel, but it never happened.. This might be some variety of Mitsubisi made turbo, I dunno.. The Tag Reads:
VOLVO
Type: TD04H-13C
Serial No: 1310185
Part No: 3517646
MFD No: 49189-01000
Made in Japan
I also have a set of brand new, still in the box Mk1 Rabbit front cargo coil springs.. The catch? They are for the I think pre-1980 cars.. They don't have the extra "pig tail" at the top..
I have a few of the diaphragm style vac pumps.. All need rebuilt.. And 4 1.6 rods that are not a matched set.. They are cleaned and checked, but the weight differs..
the turbo for free?
Yup! And more parts to come...
I've got 70 years worth of stuff to get moved or rid of... I'd rather see it go to use than to junk..
UPDATE: Found an intercooler, I think that was from the Volvo as well
depending what the turbo and intercooler look like, I might be in on those two items...
any chance of some pics of the loot?
-Owen
I want the strut bar,
redneck_vdub already asked about it, not sure if he wants it for sure or not though.. If he doesn't, it's yours.. Just gotta figure out how the heck I'm gonna box this thing...
I'll take the cluster parts. Send me a PM with shipping info to 37027.
Thanks!
hmmm... the turbo might be hard to implement in my case, but that intercooler I might be very interested.
what are the dimensions of it?
-Owen
Ill take the Turbo if Owen doesn;t want it.

definitely mitsubishi..
good for about 12-15 psi..
should be equivalent to a K14 or something like that.. probably a turbo off a B230FT volvo engine..
Turbo has a goofy stepped flange that will need milled off to fit a regular manifold.
It is from a 90-92 gas Volvo, and the manifold(known as 90+) is worth an easy $100 on
www.turbobricks.com if it has no cracks(they show up where the runners come together at the back).
The boss at the hotside end is drilled for EGR, or not for non EGR.
