What is this part? IP related

Got my pump rebuilt by Giles. These parts were in a separate bag. The bracket is the idle throttle position switch bracket.

I can't figure out what the thing on the right is. I thought at first it was the roller bit on the cold start lever, but it is not. I can't remember what it is or where it goes!

It looks like the bushing for the lower pump bracket mount. The one that has the cone shaped nut used to tighten the bracket.
