List the part from Mcmaster carr with the toll to be correct....

The prototype is back with the machinist, he's going to modify it so it is smaller and can be used without removing the seal flange. They should be ready by the middle of next week sorry for the delay.

Also the correct Mcmaster Carr part number would be great. Would make it easier for all of us.

It is with great regret I must inform everyone interested in this item that it will not be available for the foreseeable future. The machinist that made the original has left the company where he made it and taken employment in another industry. Supposedly he has 6 of them almost complete but every time I contact him it's always, "I'll get to it this weekend". I'm done chasing him, if he contacts me and tells me they're ready I will post but for now it's a no go. Sorry for the letdown.

do you have schematics? I can probably source out a cnc model if you have the measurements. I just need a safe depth, and an outer diameter to fit without bagging the seal flange.

all you have to do is take a crankshaft and a TDI pulley to a machine shop, email them this thread and they should be able to make one for you.
