New mexican heads?

Just wondering about the durability of a new head I just bought. The pre-cups outside diameter is a bit larger than my original German head. the casting is not as good either.

There are alot of aaz heads from mexico out there, My last head was from ebay germany ( german )
price was about the same as most ebay prices in the ebay usa

I did get a clean mexico VW AAZ head a couple of years ago with a new valve cover for 275.00

I would run run no problem after a port & polish thou...
