• Was looking for a single sensor alloy flange, I found them at Dieselvw.com ( Prothe )
  
  I bought a few , great quality for 5.00 each
  
  You will need a 3/16 thick oring
  
  ace hardware
  
  I also bought the rear side , it showed alloy flange on tere website, But i was shipped plastic with no sensor attachment
  
  I gave them a call and infomed them to get the alloy as shown...

• Parts update
  
  The stock VW oring is 1/8 thickness and will not seal the surface
  
  This flange assy was cast a little deeper, You will need a 3/16 Thickness
  
  I found the correct size for  .57 cents at my local Ace Hardware

  I saw those alloy flanges and they look
  
  quite well-made. I already have the
  
  aluminum flanges, but I wonder if there's
  
  any chance he'll get some thermostat
  
  covers made up to replace those weak,
  
  plastic covers.
