Especially 1st gear and when the engine is cold but ... it doesn't reeeeeeaaaalllyy seem to make a difference.
Uncontrollable shudders during the release of the clutch.
This is the engine flopping back and forth yes?
Hooped mounts?
If yes, which one? The forward one? (closest to radiator)

Front or back mount, I would think. Why don't you open the hood and muscle the engine around and see how it moves?

"Uncontrollable shudders during the release of the clutch." --Sounds like clutch chatter/shudder to me. But hey i could be completly wrong lol.
Does it stop after the clutch is fully engaged?

Sorry i should have worded my response better.
Please explain what you mean. As in, how does this happen? is it a common thing?
My clutch is a brand new 6 puck clutch from bildon motor sport. I'm going to be very upset if it is already failing somehow.
by brand new i mean i've filled up maybe 6 or 7 times since i put the AAZ in it. Cant say how many km exactly because the gear fell off the cable and is lost in my transmission somewhere.
it goes away totally when its fully engaged. it only happens under a lot of torque load.
this is what im using

I have the clutchnet version of that and I would say that it is kind of like that. Not violent but it shakes it up. These are kind of like on off switches not like the normal clutch for sure. Yours maybe breaking in some. Mine seems to get more on/off as the miles go by. Try letting the clutch our with as little go pedal input as possible. Seems to work for me.

The less go pedal the worse the shaking. It's so much that it whacks the exhaust against the underneath of the car.
I would consider what im experiencing as VERY violent. The whole car bucks.

seems with mine the less go pedal and faster clutch release the better. Mine exhaust only hits in reverse where I put my downpipe brace. I replaced the rear passenger mount and the others looked new so I didn't replace mine. If my mounts are new I would hate to see what it was like on whipped mounts

So you think its mounts related?
It's only getting worse... it didn't always do this.

I've heard of clutches doing that but it seems more like a worn-out-clutch syndrome than a new clutch thing.
Try rocking the engine forward and back and see if it's loose. If it is it could be making the violentness of it seem worse and really it's the same.

can you get someone to watch the engine as you work the clutch or have them work it and you watch?
My clutch cost double what yours did, but maybe that is the difference. Mine really isn't that bad. I am actually impressed with the feel and pedal because I didn't know what to expect. It feels basically like a stock clutch, but you can't slip it. As soon as mine grabs a little you just have to let it out all the way then because it won't be smooth. No matter how slow you go it just won't get smoother. The best I have done is very little go pedal, clutch out real fast.

ive found best way to test motormounts on these cars is to, have someone esle watch the engine, while someone inside uses the brakes to hold the car, and eases the the clutch in first gear, and reverse, this way it puts a nit of stress on the mounts, and you will be able to see, just how far the engine moves under load, and whcih mount may be gone., my car had both a motormount and clutch issue at the same time, motor mount helped alot of the shuddering though.

Yeah I am still thinking mounts. Have someone watch and see.
BTW nice carpet in the pic.
