• I've got a engine from a 01 Beetle it has a dual mass flywheel. I'm installing into a 00 Jetta, don't know what flywheel it has, but want to use solid flywheel. Easy swap?

• You will need the G60 flywheel. I don't know what size clutch the A4 has but you will probably need a VR6 clutch to match up with the G60 flywheel.

• The G60 FW and VR6 FW are 228mm. The VR6 PP and disc are a direct swap into a 4cyl. 02A/02J trans. using a G60 FW. 
  As far as the swap goes, yes. Other than the special socket for the DM FW. I think its a 10 or 12 tripple square.

• Check Ebay for solid flywheel & clutch packages, search tdi flywheel.

• ECS Tuning has a couple of G60 FW's. Stock and lightened fairly cheap.

• What is the difference between the G60 flywheel and the 1Z-AHU?

• The G60 and the AHU transmissions are cable shift. The 1Z, I'm not sure of what type of trans they came with?

• The 1Z is the same as the AHU, cable shift.
