WTB: MK1 cold start cable

I need a good cold start cable assembly for my Cabriolet. That means the handle, cable, and sheath. I need this sucker badly because the cable I made vibrates like a mother and the inside sounds like mosquitoes are having a committee.

Would the mk2 cable work? I have one complete with handle and sheath.

Depends where you want to mount.
Mk2 all, and Mk1 Jetta go on lower left dash where most gassers have a dummy.
Mk1 Rabbit/Truck - its a small knob that comes out in the dash cluster next to radio.
If your cabrio has a dummy on lower left - that would be best place.

This is for a Cabriolet (yes, I converted it to a super diesel) so it has the pull dummy on the lower left part of the dash. Is it in good shape and what color is it?

I also need one of these anyone else got one? I need every part for it, the previous owner didn't put anything back.
The stuff highlighted in Green is what I am after.

I've got MK1 for 1981-1984 USA Rabbit.
I've also got for: 1985-1992 Golf and Jetta, and 1981-1993 Cabriolet.
Let me know which style you seek (send a PM).

I could use one of those if you still have it.
