New 1.6L Diesel Head for Sale on Seattle Craigslist for $200

A guy on the Seattle Craigslist is selling a 'new' head for $200.  He states it's a bare head and is new.  Here's the link if anyone is interested,http://seattle.craigslist.org/skc/pts/1917197090.html.
