This is going to be a weird request. But I'd like to know if you'd sell me the front inlet coolant flange for the head as well as the side coolant flange with sensors from your TD? May also be interested in the cluster depending on price... (i saw 70 on the link you posted? is that CAD or US?). Really need the flanges and pigtails for the sensors would be awesome too... :)

By the way...what happened to the motor? If you don't mind my asking...

Joe, seeing as I'm going to ship a VR6 aux. water pump to you, I can grab the parts you requested as I see the owner of the car occasionally.

I would bet prices are CAD.

Yeah you can have the gauge cluster for $70 and those flanges and sensors for another $20.  Canadian dollas.  Plus shipping of course.  Send me your shipping address and i'll send it out to you ASAP.

Not sure what happended to the motor yet haven't pulled the head off.  I was going to fix it but I have literally been working on this car everyday for the last 3 months and got sick of fixing it.  Plus it distracted me from what I really wanted to do which is my race 1303.

square headlights and grille $30

Is this the westfalia grill for our 85-86 golfs? or the "aero" style headlights? If it's for an 85-86, i'll take 'em!
I also would like to buy the single wiper conversion, too. Was it from a scirocco or homemade? Either way, if it works, i'll buy it

It's an aero set-up.  And the single wiper was homemade but it  is sold already

OK... sounds good. If you could, could you take a picture of the engine compartment where the sensors and water inlets/outlets are. I'm 95% sure that they are what I'm lookin for and am i willing to pay that for them if they are in good shape, etc. Or maybe if Malone sees the setup for me, he can say. I might wait on the cluster though. A little rich for my blood and not being sure that I really want to go to an MK2 dash in my TDI Rabbit.
Might just have to use the nice optical tach setup i was using with the MK1 style cluster...
