pics of interior?
one question,does you car have a rev counter?
can you take some pics of it and the alternator?
i replaced mine and the stock alternator gives a wrong rpm reading...

carrizog, check out dakota digital's website.  I fixed mine rpms using there unit.  It's easy hookup an pretty straight forward instructions on my 96 gasser to diesel conversion.
99' 1.9 1Z Tdi, hybrid pump -1.9 housing & rover internals, 2052 wastegate turbo,.25 hflox nozzles, SDI intake, CTN tranny
96' 1.6 TD Golf, Giles pump, VNT 17, Gas changed to Diesel, Air to Water Int.

It's a factory AAZ B3. I just swapped in a fresh crate engine and all the extra goodies.

The alt is a 120A VR6 with a TDI clutched pulley. Sounds to me like you have the wrong pulley on you alt.

Is your B3 an original eco-diesel, or gasser swap?

interior pics coming.

I didn't stand a chance beeing in the same class as a CC w/22's. But I enjoyed the show and got lots of comments about my car. Nice to meet you Ben.
