timing after intercooler and increased boost???

so i've put an intercooler to my 1V engine and soon will adjust the wastegate for some mo boost :lol:
and someone mentioned of adjusting the timing(else of putting 175 bar 'injectors'(i'm not sure) )


soo is any timing adjustment needed?





p.s - when cold doesn't start very well(sometimes ok ,sometimes from the third try)
