some pic to show what as changed...

gearbox tdi 110hp

new clutch

1.9D engine with 110.000km

1.9D custom intake manifold

oil radiator (still hanging lol)

turbo gt2052v

exhaust manifold custom (little space ...)

flexible line for 60mm internal

rev counter(cant get the rpm right?)

a little movie to show how it sits now...

The rev counter is reading incorrectly? Or it's not working?

incorrect.

the tacho was from a 1.9td and being mine a 1.9 i thought that would work ok...
it counts too much...

a little help...
havnt tried the full boost but how do i control its peak?
i know that even with the vanes open it will make more boost and since i have almost maxxed out gtd pump with governor mod(almost solid) i want to somehow control the boost to 1.5 top...

right now i use a pressure WG to control the geometry, what i need to do?

sweet sticker on the rear glass.
What are the blue hoses going into the block off of the intake and on the other side of the intake. They look like boost readings, but why 2?
That is one massive IC. You don't have any egt problems do you?

all my vw have that sticker lol

the small blue hose is the one to the wastegate, that splits in 2 to a boost gauge

i dont have egt, already have the auberins display but the sensor went bad and didnt put the sensor on downpipe.

but in a 80km trip i kept the speed in the 180km/h range and the water temp was good.80º on straight and 90 uphill.

oil cooler, big intercoooler, efficient turbo, good intake and exhaust and tdi gearbox are the culprit :)
