Hallelulia! It has only taken me four years to find this very hard to find fuse that supplies a permament 12v to the coolant pump for the turbo. It was not there.
Judging by how bloody hard it was to fit a new fuse, it never was there.
So don't miss the obvious, and look closer, you never know what you missed.

It came like that from the factory, the relays 38 and 46 are for the coolant pump and the glow plug controller respectively. Those I want to throw to the bin, as they are both annoyingly connected to pretty much everything on the fuse box!
If you look closely the 38 relay has its own 10A standalone fuse, you will need a torch and a baby's hand with 37 extra knuckles to get at it.
