which turbo is best?

I have a MK3 Golf TD and was wondering which turbo is the best for this car? i want it to be quick off the line , not worried about top end too much, i am looking for fast 0-60.
here is what i have on hand,

A)  KKK K03

B)  KKK K14

C)IHI turbo
   Turbo Spec-VJ11 9101
   Serial Number RHB5 25076 A
   Parts Number-F220 B
   and stamped in a different spot is
   R3
   6A
   52E
   12-R
   3
   effective limit of this turbocharger is about 140kW. or approx 180hp

D) IHI Turbo
    Turbo Spec-VF 28603
    Serial Number-RHB5 17125 A
    Parts Number 14412AA002
    and stamped in a different spot is

    52K
    20R5
    VF28
    comes on boost around 3100rpm, Expect to max out the VF23 somewhere in 250KW range, 300-350 hp

I don't know turbos, i just want to put one on and have it perform the best.  if anyone can do turbo research and let me know, like i said i dont know much so i am asking for help with this one. Please let me know what you would pick and why.

from what others have said on here I would say that the K14 would be the way to go...assuming it is for a 1.6?

How many PSIs are you aiming for?

forgot to put that it is an AAZ 1.9l, i am not sure how mant psi 18-20 maybe

I have ceramic coated housings

Ko4 Hot section  Ko3 cold side
17 psi, 1425 temp

at 75 mph ,7 psi and 675 temp

2.5 s/s Downpipe and exhaust

like i said i dont know much about turbos, i dont even know what i would need if i went with an IHI. i just want it to be able to spin tires off the line and get to 60 pretty quick.

the vj11 is outt of a suby I am guessing? Its not really a diesel set up, more for 1.8 gasser. I'd look for a better fit for the 1.9 like a K24.

i think it was out of a mazda ? i bought all the parts from a guy who was going to turbo a 318i. am pretty sure he said mazda, maybe 626?

the vj11 is just not a great turbo. The vj26 is used on the isuzu 4x4 diesel engine and gassers use them to hit the 350 hp range. They are watercooled turbos which has its good points and bad points.
