New Injector Fuel Return Lines. Ontario?
« on: May 13, 2010, 05:22:33 pm »
Hello all,

I was wondering if there's anyone out there who might know where to purchase a length of (diesel rated) return line to replace the dried up ones between injectors?

I'm located in Ontario Canada if that helps...

The only lengths I can find online/locally come in bulk 20m spools... I only require a fraction of that.

Any info would be most appreciated.

Many Thanks,
Casanis.

And you would be correct, dirty rotters that they are.

Brian at Roseland Technical Services in NS will be able to get you any length of what you need and he's a fast shipper.  This is one of his TDI pages but it has his contact info... and the hose is probably the same anyways:

The local VW dealer had it in stock (Windsor, Ontario) only a year or two ago. It is a very small dealer. The price was quite reasonable from what I remember.  Any dealers nearby? I think they sold it in 1 meter lengths. I might still have half a meter or something. I can probably mail it in a standard envelope. However, I think I recall using it for another project.
