6 pin reverse light switch for a 4 speed rabbit.
pin inside broke and my reverse lights won't go off

Do you have a pic of the switch? I can check our stash tomorrow morn to verify. Do you need the switch connector at the cable or the switch off the transmission?

The next one will die too.
They can't handle the current of the reverse lights,..
sooo Relay it when you get a new switch,..
or make your own lever switch outside the trany,
that the lever bumps when you go into reverse.

Found two (2) switches but not of the correct gender......they are five (5) point like in the middle switch in your pics. Going to storage now to check there. Sorry.

i contacted broke, he has one for me. i'm also gonna try a 5 pin and see what it does.

the one with more pins is for the up shift indicator if i remember right.. and i thought the one with more pins is for a 5 speed? guess not..

no. cause that 5 speed one also works for the upshift light. suposidly the 5 pin one is the replacement for my six pin one.
but get this!
my reverse switch is unplugged right now, and my upshift light is still working....
might be because the way i ran my tach...
