"Free" injection pumps mods

i want to know what kind of performance mods "free" you can do to these car (1.6 turbo) i want more fuel and boost but dont know where to start really.

I think the link is instructions for mods like i want but will some one tell me how pictures are 1,000,0000 words  ;)

Also the link in my sig is a very good writeup and explanation on the Governor Mod. It will increase available fuel throughout the entire RPM range, and remove the fuel limiting governor which kicks in at 2800rpm.
