Alternator belt 1.9 AAZ ( non - A/C ) Serp setup
« on: April 27, 2010, 03:16:43 pm »
Booked called for a 6PK1045 too short

Tried a 6PK1055 too short also

I fitted a 6PK1080 and it was perfect.

Iam not sure if it matters if you have a clutch pulley or not  as they do look the same O.D.

maybe the parts book calls for the plunger type alternator mount , versus the serptine setup

I have seen motors with and without this alternator mount assy.

I have both types, and installed a serp assy.
