Is this one of those gutless jobs that's all but useless for power?
Or am I good to go? I'm waiting on the transmission to come back still. Rancho is backlogged.  I'm trying to have the engine ready to go in by the time I have the transmission back, If I dont have it settled by then I'm going to try to farm in some work.  So just trying to get all these ducks in a row.

Was worried about that.  Could you frankenstein it into something usable or what's the most economical way to go about it at this point?

I'm getting my trans rebuilt to aircooled specs so 4.57 R&P.  I dont think the gutless version could pull that.

Thank you for the quick ID.

Are you backlogged with work yourself right now?

I'm bad with color but I think its more of a white?

Yea its an 82 westy. I was sure I'd be unemployed and working on it full time but lo and behold another 2 months of employment sitting in an absolutely empty office with nothing to do but try to get around the checks they have in place that are supposed to keep me working and not playing.

I can certainly do some more part scrounging.  I have the time.

Thank you for always being helpful We all appreciate the patience and good grace with which you deal with our inane questions.
