i am no expert but should you need to use a 3 foot pry bar to pry pump away from the motor to set the pump timing??
like i thought just little moves makes a big differnce,,,,,,
like if you had to pry the pump as far away from the motor as a pry bar would let you would it not be rediculouly retarted in timing?
if it was really really retarted would the cold start lever have no effect? also when a 1.6TD is really retarted couild this cause alot of smoke and loss of power>
