Clutch Options

My clutch and pressure plate showed some pretty good wear.  I am guessing they are original parts with a few miles on them and likely some hard driving.

What are my options for clutches and p-plates?  Please, if you list an option, could you also list the part numbers (if you know them)?

I really appreciate it.
