resealed fuel pump problems
« on: March 14, 2010, 03:44:28 pm »
so i just resealed the timing advance plunger covers, and the distributor head and the car wont start. i primed the pump with ATF and it is spitting out the lines at the injectors when i leave them cracked. is it possible that i put the cam plate and plunger on 180 degrees off?

I couldnt get the pump to spit for me turning by hand and i had no one around to turn the key so i just pulled the pump, I did have the camplate 180 degrees off. oops well I wont do that again. my jumper box was dead so I will try to get the car to start tomorrow.
