I found the PERFECT tool for getting the 8mm nuts off. Its a Snap On 8mm flex head rachet wrench. You can lock it at an angle and the rachet in very fine tooth. Its maybe 5" long. This is the 10mm version

) It was maybe $25-and worth every penny.
Another trick i did was cut the bottom out of the holes on the buss bar. so you can install the glow plug with the nut on-and then hook the bar over the stud and screw it down-alot better than dropping the nut behind the IP.
