I have 2 Caddies, TD and N/A. The TD doesn't impress me over the N/A( I do have the IP advanced in the N/A, maybe too much-black smoke w/wot) Is there something I should be doing to the TD? I removed the pop-off valve on the manifold.

I'd start by checking to see if it's making any/much boost

Yeah, if your turo diesel isn't any faster than your NA,
something is wrong.
Check for boost then,
Turn the fuel up or something.
