WTB MK2 diesel tank pickup

hello all, I am looking for the diesel tank pickup from a MK2.

the gasser pickup pump has crapped out, so I would like to replace it with the proper diesel one without a pump on it.

I have a mk2 parts car here, but no idea what kind of shape the sender is in.. You can have it for shipping if it's good, but it may be a bit till I can get to that part of the property..   Deep snow on top of deep mud makes even the 4x4 tractor useless... Still not sure how I'm getting that unstuck....

thats cool, I have confirmed that my in tank pump from the gasser is still good, so there is no hurry on the diesel pickup.

I got the sender out today..    Check the gauge part and it seemed to be working..   Not sure of the spec but it measured about 35 ohm at full and 300 ohm at empty...   I'll try and get some pics so that you can be sure it is the right one...
