What are the wrist pin sizes of the 1.6 vs the 1.9? I haven't been able to find this info so far.

1.9TD (AAZ) 26mm
1.6D/TD 24mm

Both bushings are 25mm in length.

Nope. I fully realize the 1.9 has a 95.5mm stroke so they would not work. I'm actually contemplating aftermarket rods so I need to figure out what I'm going to have to do. Are the 1.9 rods 159mm like the ABA rods or are they just 144's or something?

I found one reference that says they are 172mm? That would make the deck height higher than I would have figured.
