Have a 91 Jetta 1.6 engine gone over at the machine shop a few years ago and never got around to using it. Block was cleaned, bored and honed, crank polished, and head reconditioned, all by a local machine shop. It has used but GOOD 1.0mm oversize Mahle pistons, new bearings,rings and oil pump. Nothing has been done to the rods they still have the old pistons on them. I am open to offers on this stuff as I could use the money for other things right now like doors and windows for my garage.
