I seem to be stuck here, no idea how to take them out. Can i just hammer them out? and can i use them after i take them, out or do i have to get new ones?

you get them out with a long, skinny punch..
That punch will probably crack the prechamber,..
because it will need to sit against a thin spot.
That's what happened when I tried to punch some out of a 1.5 head for practice.
I haven't tried this yet but next time I'll tape up the outlet hole so I can fill the prechamber with salt.
Then use the widest punch I can to smack the salt and spread the pressure across the surface,..
instead of it all hitting the thin spot near the outlet.

i knock pre cups out of heads that way every time. if your pre cup isnt just about tits up, it will come out just fine. the only time they break when you take them out, they were gonna break eventually anyway, just inside the engine is all. they dont crack, but if you arent careful, you can bend the edge of the top lip on the cup, if you get a few out, you will know what im talking about.
Wish I had known about this before I sent the head to the machinist. Good stuff, had a bentley for a while now and didn't know that.

TAPPED in would be what i would call it. lightly tapped in. around the edge in a circular motion. so it seats evenly, make sure the top lip of the chamber in the head is really clean. then tap it in till its flush.

if they break when they come out, you needed new ones anyway, think of it like that.
just get a long skinny punch and tap them out. it really isnt rocket science.
find some steel stock, about the same diameter as the cup "a socket will work" use a barrier to prevent damaging any components "i used a piece of plyboard" Use a wide ended hammer, I don't know if a deadblow or rubber mallet would do the trick, and if you use a mini-sledge just be careful not to hit too hard. It will be slow going just be patient you will get there. Be sure that the head is completely level on a flat level surface as not to angle the new precups in "very bad, you will need a new head probably, if you goof this up" Most people leave it to the experts, the machinists, if they mess it up its their *insert colorful term for derrière here:* I personally did the ones on a 1.5 head as practice and it isn't that hard, just takes patience.
