Darren - ive a bosch catalogue that seems to show what vans/cars came with the 12mm head in the proper rotation. Send me an email address and il forward it to you.

fiat ducato 2.8 td engine code 8140.43/ iveco turbo daily 2.8 td engine code 8140.43 /renault master 2.8 td engine code S9w 702 and S9W 700  basically all iveco engines vw lt 2.8tdi are the easily available ones but the vw lt 2.8 is virtuly a bolt on swap to 1Z tdi and all are 12mm and direct injection the only idi ones i know of are some obscure fiats which are like rocking horse sh!t to find other than that i think you would be looking at marine or industrial engines
