wondering if anyone may know if a 1.9AAZ injection pump will work on an 1.6td? I believe the injectors are single stage but I'm not quite sure how to tell. are they just taller?
My goal is to just get the motor in my caddy running for now as all my pumps seem to be junk.

hen running it on the 1.6 until I install my aaz motor. Would this pump work well with the aaz motor or is the aaz pump quite different?

either pump will work on either engine with the correct sprocket.
i would keep the injectors matched to the pump tho. like if your using the AAZ pump, use the AAZ injectors. but it may not even be that important. ive heard of guys running things as mis matched as you could get and it still ran fine.
