I have block with a rusted cylinder bore, just wondering what is a safe bet oversize to use to get past it, the rust looks pretty crusty, water leaked in with the head on..

It will have to go to a machine shop to tell for sure, could need a sleve if it is really bad.

so the rust only permeated 14 thousands in, I thought it was pretty bad too... the only bad thing was tat 20 over pistons were relatively hard to find, so i went for 40 over.
