...BTW your Bieber avatar is awesome.-Malone
enough boost is when you have 3 dimple marks in the hood from the valve cover nuts..
since ive had my license, ive lost it 5 times.. and im not going to be driving much, because i just totaled my car last night.
It's good to be running the Rabbit again.. Even if I don't have a darned thing fixed on it that I had planned to do.. Just wondering though, anyone else tend to drive more, uh, aggressively in their VW? I was thinking about this today.. For the last 7months I've been mostly driving a 2 ton station wagon with ample power and acceptable handling to do whatever I want (vs a tired NA 1.6 with junk struts and springs).. Yet I typically putted around at the speed limit, didn't cut people off, didn't typically pass slow cars.. Within 2 hours or about 68 miles of having the VW legal for the road, I passed 4 cars, never once stayed at or below the speed limit, cut people off when pulling out (I'm in a beer can not the HMS Caprice for christ's sake).. Pretty much drove like a complete A--..Thinking on this even more It was the same way when my other cars were PI Crown Vics, the K2500, 70's Lincolns, etc.. It would make more sense to offend other drivers in a vehicle that would hurt THEM more.. IDK maybe people just have more of a tendancy to yield to me (and not whizz me the heck off) in Luxury Assault vehicles rather than in a dirty little rolling beer can..
EXACTLY!! I just don't get why, yet I do it.. The larger more powerful vehicles can go much faster, and I feel handle as well (the PI Vics much better).. One thought I had about this is that it costs about 3 bucks to floor the Caprice, and about 1 buck to flog the Rabbit.. That doesn't explain cutting in front of things much MUCH larger than I...Maybe it's a comfort thing too.. I'm quite content to sit back, relax, and chill with some Metallica blasting for 3 hours in the Caprice.. 3 hours shoe horned into a Rabbit, I guess I gotta take out some frustration somehow...EDIT: Real Metallica, not the de-nutted stuff..
