I dunno how my 84 will react when i replace it with the 81 its never met before...
For the last couple weeks, my new MK3 has been parked on 1 side of my dads truck and the old MK3 is on the other side...Last week I moved the new one away and next to the house in sight of the old one. I'm scared to see if either one of them will start lol.

I'm using all those extras on the New MK3 since its only a CL With a worn out 1.8L Auto that doesnt go in fourth gear lol. I need all teh shifter linkage from one to make it standard and add AC lol
does it have one of those stupid TBI 1.8's in it? bet that thing just FLIES! lol.

Yep. Mine got jealous again. Went to Red Deer for the day (900Km round trip) to pick up a bottom end (Thanks Helliouse! ) to rebuild my other ALH since the junkyard engine I got in it now is a problem child. And halfway home, the seal behind the temp sensor decided it wasn't going to seal anymore. Thankfully I found a gas station that was open at 1 am and got 2 liters of water to make it home.
