I know that Altrom.com sell 1.9TD deflector ( prechamber insert ) but i never found some for 1.6TD.. Perhaps someont can chimes in ?

TOPLINE a few years back when I was looking into this sells complete new, RECAST heads and supposedly they were also able to get the prechambers as well. I'd have to look for their catalog...but they were listed.
is therabbittree going to go and coat prechambers now?

naw ..i just want a daily driver ha..it going to be ahot one though a 81 bunny truck ..lifted like blakes ald one infact useing blakes old stuff to lift it..ha..it may even be a staging horse for my twin setup..kkk24 and hy35 holset .. looking for set of 6.5L gm nozzles ..i hope the metall head gasket is tougher then the stock 1.6TD gasket..balke and I have blown then just looking at them the 12mm pump like to blow those out FAST...i mean i've blown 1 leaving my drive way..but the timing was WAY WAY WAY advance like tractor pull advance so advance the engine sounded like a detroit searching the rack sounded cool at idle but blew the gasket ...and i blew blakes on a testing run ..after he had driven to ny from clevelnad with it he let me drive it and i kept my foot in it a little too long aon a pull the egts were ok but it blew anyhow..i hope the mls headgasket solves that..idon't lan on running much more then 35psi unltill i can rebuild one and fire ring it then its no holds barred ha..but 35 shoul dbe ok ..thats aboutth elimit i had with the stock headgasket and durability....
don't worry joe im still gonna do a tdi soon just delayed a little ..$ and parts wise i had to use my good 98 long block for my sisters car and now i have th eblown one from her car to rebuild or i can adapt a4 style block to the rabbit and mech pum p it..not sure which way to goo as oversize tdi pistons are a bunch of dough..like about a grand last i looked ito it a few hyears back so sleeves and stock tdi pistons with new rings total seal mod is cheaper..100 bucks a sleeve..but that sstill stock size...$$$ and time..ha

You can't buy the 1.6 prechambers anymore, I have tried searchign everywhere. You can use any of the na or 1.5 prechambers though. You could also try maching the head for 1.9 prechambers which can still be bought new. I don't know how that would work I am getting a 1.9 prechamber tomorrow because I am gonna do some comparing between that and the 1.6 one and see what kind of things you could do with them.
let me know about the 1.9L prechambers ..i know the older 1.6 td prechambers were bigger then the o1.5 and 1.6 na engines ..at least inside of them. cool hopefully when i pull my heads to do the mls the rings and prechambers look good..i've been debating doing rings and bearing when i do the head and reseal etc..not sure if a home hone is good tand a good running used engine..mummn
