« on: January 11, 2010, 02:37:49 pm »
Hello for everyone.
I have problem. I noticed a leak in strange possition (circuled red in pic). I have changed this injector plug many times but it still leaks. (The smell gets in the interior  :( ). What going on with it?

There is typically two problems that cause this issue.

The most common is a restriction in the return line from you filter back to your tank. The best way to check for this is to remove you return line from the filter going to the tank, then blow down the line, first try with your mouth if it's not fairly easy you probably have a restriction. I would then disconnect the return line at the tank and blow the line down with air, to up plug any restriction.

The other cause can be a nicked nipple on the injector where the plug goes on, try swapping around where the plug is and see if that fixes it.

Most of the the time it is caused by a restriction in the return line circuit.
