What I'm offering up....

This is my spare 4bt 12mm Bosch rebuilt injection pump that I had originally here for the b3 mTDI swap I was going to do but decided to keep in the meantime in case the MK1 mTDI ever needed another...which I highly doubt.

This is a complete rebuilt 12mm injection pump currently in stock 4bt configuration.

However, I have the fully modified injection pump internals (as done by Martin) to allow for the full mTDI pump conversion.  I have not installed them because I kept the pump the way it was just in case I decided to get a Vanagon and do a mTDI swap...in which case I'd consider the stock 4bt internals with only slight modifications. The parts I have to swap into the pump allow for max fuel, advance, etc. and will make you VERY happy with your mTDI setup.

I could install...but that would cost quite a bit more...

Take the pump alone for $300 + ship
Pump and parts... $450 shipped

Only thing you'd need is your throttle cable lever and spring assembly to swap on to the modified throttle assembly...and of course...your time installing the parts.

Let me know.

Is indeed! I would keep it around...but I have a feeling that the next diesel I might be doing could be a Cummins into a Wagoneer (or similar...whether the MK1 sells or not.

No...the pump won't. Your pump is electronically controlled. This setup is for a mechanical control.  You could swap all electronics out and go mTDI...but I'm not sure why you'd want to with the tuning options these days.

The 12mm head would...but I'm not selling the head alone.
