Fuel leak out of mounting boss

It appears that low mileage jetta (89 with 572k on it) has a leak out of what feels like a mounting boss on the bottom of the pump. I thought it was the seal, but it seams like it is out of one of the two mounts under the pump. Is this possable, or doe the pump just need to be re-sealed.
