I have some spare VW diesel pieces I need to get rid of ASAP. I have nowhere to store them. Please don't hesitate to make an offer.
2 Injection pumps for 1.6 NA engines. One in great shape just pulled from running engine-SOLD One in unknown condition $50.
1.6 12mm aftermarket head. Low miles per the previous owner. Injectors, glow plugs etc.
1.5 short block + 4-speed GC code gearbox.
$100 for both
Injection pump is in Los Angeles. Block, transmission and head are in Portland.

Is the short block in good shape? Im looking for some rods cuz i just found out I bent at least one. and Im on the way to LA haha Im right in between I5 and HWY99.

if you want a rod, i will sell you just a rod. i have piles of 1.5 rods. most have good pistons attached. and i kinda want the short block if it isnt cracked.

do i have to take the GC too? cause i have tons of 4 speeds, and i dont really have any use for them. actually, screw it, if its a good trans, and it comes with the engine ill still take it.

yea its a good trans. They are currently bolted together and I would prefer to see them leave together. give me a ring if still interested.

you still have the engine? most of the reason i want it, is because my grandpa has already.. THIS YEAR! destroyed 3 VW diesel engines. 2 cracked block, 1 hole in block, and he has already attempted brazing a block back together.
and whats the difference josh? nobody else wants anything to do with 1.5 diesels, and i only have one good complete running 1.5 left. all my other engines have overboost cracks. so i think ill hoard as many 1.5's as i can until i get my 12mm 1.5 built. im kinda thinking building a straight 1.6 would be easier, because 1mm os pistons are rare.

you are going to need a really big fire to get it hot enough to light. and when it lights. be sure theres nothing around for like, 100 feet atleast. last time i lit off some magnesium, it was a broken bug block, and it bubbled the paint on some cars less than 50 feet from the fire. so just hold caution. and are you in any hurry to get rid of the 1.5? because im gonna be broke for a few more days still.
