what turbo aaz

i've my aaz almost rebuilt all standard apart from a port and polish, pump is 1.9aaz with 1.6 boost pin i have a pd150 inlet manifold, i was wondering what turbo i could run 22-25psi without having to rebuild it every few months, i have a k14 but i suspect it'll be under alot of pressure,

K24 / T3 off a 1.6 will handle 20's practically forever and should be nicely in its efficiency range I think... Either will have more lag than your K14 but both can flow more air, and since they'll be running more efficiently they will add less heat.
