RADIATOR, where to get one.
« on: December 09, 2009, 01:45:48 pm »
Well here I am again. Fix one find another. I just found I have a leaky radiator. Where would you recomend getting one. I have a 1985 Jetta 1.6 Diesel with a/c and a 5 sp. Non turbo. O'Reilly has one for $99.00 but I believe thats for the non a/c and Advance has one for $178.00 with A/c.

Check rockauto, partsgeek, autohousaz and a whole bunch more. A google search will get lots of online stores.
'82 Rabbit, I put on a euro vnt-15, 2.25" DP, 2.5" exhaust, the result.....it whistled.

I removed the turbo, made a toilet bowl 2.5" DP, the result....it was deafening. Now it has a homemade muffler up front and a thrush in the rear, the result.....less loud.

Thanx guys. I bought a new radiator for $103 and change. I don't know why I didn't think of them since I bought a handle from them less than a month ago.
