go to headbolts.com
they have a section for VW's, and from there a link to diesel VW's
you will be able to find out what you need there.
their prices are good and shipping is fast and cheap.

ARP # 204-4701 They are actually for an 8v gasser but work fine on the diesel... Summit was actually beating headbolts.com on price for a while, but this may have changed...
